Chair Yoga

The Junior League of Poughkeepsie will be hosting a chair yoga event on Saturday morning, April 17th from 11:00 to 12:00.
Event will be via Zoom and appropriate for all ages and levels including beginners. Please wear loose clothing and be prepared to have fun!
