Our panel of speakers are:
Elisa Gwilliam
Mindfulness has transformed Elisa’s life and she is very grateful for the opportunity to introduce these practices to others. After completing the MBSR practicum at UMass Medical Center, Center for Mindfulness, Elisa continued her studies and is currently receiving mentorship from Diane Reibel through the University of California San Diego, Center for Mindfulness. She is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Reiki Master and author of Stupid Easy: Cleaning Eating 101. Elisa has a Master of Education with a focus on mindfulness curriculum. She is currently engaged in a doctoral program. Elisa lives in the beautiful Hudson Valley with her daughter and adorable dog. She has a daily meditation practice and enjoys new adventures.
Toni Hamilton
After earning her Bachelor’s and Masters Degrees in Social Work in 1998 and 1999, Toni has been working in the field of Social Work in various inpatient and outpatient settings. She is currently working as a Senior Clinical Team Leader at Access:Supports for Living where, among other duties, she mentors up and coming clinicians in the field of mental health. In addition, Toni is employed by Adelphi University as an External Field Liaison where she works with students earning their degrees in Social Work to develop the skills needed to work successfully in the field.
Jennifer Del Valle
Jennifer Del Valle is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Poughkeepsie, having served as an active member for 10 years in both the Tampa, FL and Poughkeepsie leagues. Jennifer completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in August and is currently working as a clinician at Family Services Behavioral Health Center. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and watching football. She knows the value of self-care and can be found cycling on the Peloton bike every morning.
